
![]() | Dr. Robert P. Hines, Jr. - Pastor Pastor Bob was born and raised in Beaver, PA., and attended Maryville College where he majored in history, and it was there that he met his wife, Pat. After graduation, Bob and Pat moved to New Jersey, where he got his seminary degree from Princeton Theological Seminary. Pastor Bob first served at Cadiz Presbyterian Church in Ohio, and also served as part-time pastor for the Jewett Presbyterian Church. His next call took him to Calvin Church in Ellwood City, PA, where he also attended Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and received his Doctor of Ministry degree, focusing on stewardship. In 2002, after 18 years at Calvin Church, Pastor Bob received a call to Oakland. Bob has served on several Presbytery committees as both member and chair, and served as a commissioner to the General Assembly. In his spare time, he likes to read, watch movies, and officiates high school football. He and his wife have two children. Their son, Chris, lives in New York City, and their daughter, Erin, lives in Virginia. |

Tiffany Goggans - Director of Christian Education Tiffany began her ministry at Oakland in October of 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology at Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, VA. In 2007, she earned a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. As Director of Christian Education, Tiffany oversees the education ministry of the church for children, youth, and adults. She also equips and trains our volunteers for educational ministry. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys running and riding her bike on the West Orange bike trail or just watching movies at home with her husband Israel. |

Jennifer Hunt - Director of Music Jennifer was born and raised in Winter Garden, attending OPC since she was an infant. Her involvement in music has spanned her entire life, influenced by her parents and the church, and she has instilled that love of music in her children. She has Bachelor of Music and Vocal Performance from Rollins College, and is a licensed real estate agent. Jennifer has actively participated in all of the OPC choirs, she started the Handbell Choir in the 70's and served as the director until 2001 when she was hired as the Director of Music. She and her husband Randy, have two daughters. Soon to be "empty nesters," Jennifer enjoys speed walking and is an avid animal lover. |

Bonnie Litteral - Director of Children's Choirs Bonnie began directing children’s choirs at Oakland in the fall of 1986, where she currently directs three choirs ranging in age from preschool through fifth grade. She also serves as director for the Summer Music Camp. She received her Bachelor of Music, Vocal Performance degree from Stetson University in 1974, holds a Master’s degree, magna cum laude, from Boston Conservatory, and was an apprentice artist at Sante Fe Opera in 1980. Bonnie holds Level I and Level II Orff certifications, serves as a past president and board member of the Central Florida Orff Chapter, and is currently president of the Central Florida Chapter of Choristers Guild. She teaches elementary music to five hundred students, ages three to eleven, at Princeton Elementay, and has twice been selected as Teacher of the Year. Bonnie is active in the adult choir and Presbyterian Women. She has been married to Jack since 1971, and they have three children: Lisa, "JT" Jack, and Kristin, a son-in-law Charlie and grandson Andy. |

Sondra Jones - Director of Youth Choir Sondra works with the youth choir and also is a member of the Praise Team. She holds both a Bachelor and Master degrees in Music Education and holds a Level I Certification in Orff Schulwerk. She has 15 years teaching experience, and currently works as an elementary music teacher for Orange County Public Schools. During the Spring 2006, semester, she worked as a private voice teacher for Central Florida Community College, in Ocala. Sondra is a lyric soprano with a wide vocal range and stylistic ability, is an experienced professional singer who has performed with many local groups, and is a member of The Orlando Chorale. She is married to Leslie and they have two children, Evan and Lydia. |

Diane Flager - Organist Born in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Diane received her Bachelor in Elementary Education from East Stroudsburg University and is certified in Middle School Language Arts. She has been a teacher for 34 years. Diane moved to Florida in 1980, and has never regretted it. She served as assistant organist for Community United Methodist Church in Casselberry, before becoming a full time organist and pianist for Oakland Presbyterian 8 years ago. She is married to Mark, who works as an accountant for a local car leasing firm. Diane's daughter, April, is a Dr. of Clinical Psychology, working for the Veterans Administration in Orlando. She says she has four other “children who live at home…2 dogs and 2 cats who rule the roost!" Diane is available for weddings and funerals and thoroughly enjoys being a part of the wonderful spiritual music ministry at Oakland. |

Emily & Jimmy Justice - Youth Leaders Emily was born and raised in Winter Garden and has attended OPC since the age of four. She has been active in the church, especially with the youth group. Emily received her Bachelor in Interpersonal Communictions, with a minor in Hospitality from UCF. She is employed at Florida Image and Workwear. Jimmy was born and raised in Gotha/Winter Garden, and joined OPC at age 22 after having attended for four years while he was dating Emily. He has an Associates degree from Valencia Community College, and works full time as a Quality Control Technician for Orlando Paving Company. Jimmy and Emily were married in March of 2006 and have been volunteers with the youth since 2004. They began their part time ministry with the youth in March of 2008. |

Connie King - Assistant to Children's Choirs & Piano Instructor Connie has an extensive background in music, having majored in organ at Moravian College, in Bethlehem, PA, where she was active in the college choir, the Bach choir, and played the organ each day for devotional services. She received her Bachelor of Music, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida. She has been active in various local music organizations, including the Bach Choir, Florida Music Teachers' Association, and the Orlando Opera Guild. Connie taught piano and music theory at Rollins College School of Creative Arts, served as music director at the Pine Castle Center of the Arts, and taught privately. Connie serves as accompanist for the children's choir, substitute organist, and teaches a group piano class for the Children's Music Program, in addition to playing with the Handbell choir, singing in the adult choir, and the Garden Community Choir. |

Lin Larson - Administrative Assistant Lin came to Orlando, from Vero Beach, to attend Orlando Junior College and Valencia Community College. For over 25 years she was a member of Oakland Presbyterian Church, having served as an Elder, a Deacon, Sunday school teacher, children’s choir director, and member of the church choir. She sang with the Bach Festival Choir at Rollins College for 21 years. Lin has served OPC as Secretary/Administrative Assistant for over 30 years. Lin has two children who grew up at OPC – Jennifer and Skip. She and her husband, Ture, are members of St. Luke’s Episcopal Cathedral in Orlando, where they are both active in the music department. |

Julie Dale - Business Manager
Julie was born and raised in Lake Wales, FL, moving to Orlando with her family in 1997. She attended Georgia Southern College, where she majored in Business. She has been married to Richie (Richard) since 1974, and they have two children, Jimmy and Kelly, and one grandson, Parker. In addition to her job at the church, she also teaches tennis for the City of Winter Garden. She is a member of USPTA and is certified as a Master Racket Technician with the USRSA. Julie enjoys reading, gardening, playing tennis, and spoiling her grandson, of course! |
Mark Winsor - Property Manager Mark was born and raised in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, where he studied horticulture at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. He moved to Naples, FL, in 1976, but spent summers in New Hampshire, and Michigan. He met his wife Tracy in 1991, and they married in 1992. He has two sons, Sam and Rodney. Mark has been blessed with many talents and has used them throughout his career, working as a carpenter, bicycle mechanic and horticulturist. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Winter Garden, where he serves on the Board of Trustees and chairs the landscape committee. In his position at OPC, he loves the opportunity to use all of his past experience to meet the needs of the staff, property and members. |

Opal Mclean - Nursery Worker Opal McLean is a product a Christian home and upbringing. She spent half of her life in New York and the other half in metropolitan Orlando. Her family firmly believes in the proverb: "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it. (Prov. 22:6). As a result her parents' focus was Christ and education. Opal attended Orange County Public Schools and is now works for OCPS, originally as a 6th grade Language Arts teacher and now as the 6th grade administrative dean of Lakeview Middle School. Opal loves children and has worked with children in many facets of her church and other community organizations. Her lifelong goal is to own and operate a learning center, however, her ultimate goal is to sit at Jesus feet in heaven |
